Our Web Development Process is designed to make the experience as easy as possible for you, the customer. You do not need to have your website designed before engaging with us, however, you should know the purpose of your website. See our guide on determining the purpose of your website.

Web Development Steps in detail

Step 1: CHOOSE A WEB DESIGN PACKAGE
Step 2: SELECT A DESIGN
  • With our process there is no web design step required as you can select one from our large selection of pre existing website designs. This will save you a lot of time and money. When completed, your website will look completely unique as we adapt the design to your colours and branding and integrate your unique content.
  • While the designs are separated into three groups (Brochure, Portfolio and eCommerce), in most cases you can choose from either group.
Step 3: ADD MORE FEATURES, PAGES OR SERVICES (optional)
  1. The customer chooses the three pages to be personalised by TOSNU.
    • Most of our Website Designs come with more than the three pages, The three pages will usually be Home, About Us and Contact Us, however you can decide which three pages included in the Web Design Package, that we will personalise with your content.
  2. The customer selects from a list of Add-on Features, Pages and Services to be added to the order (if any)
    • These can be pre existing pages to be personalised or completely new pages to be designed and updated with the customer’s content.

    • And fonts and colours are adjusted. to match the customer’s color scheme or branding.
    • The customer sign’s off this stage
  2. Functionality and new page designs implemented:
    • Functions such as a Blog, a Portfolio, a booking engine, and an online store etc. will be implemented to demonstrate correct functioning of the entire website.
      • In the case of eCommerce this will include the product page and all other key sections (shipping, taxes, payment gateways etc.)

  • In the case of eCommerce the customer provides all product related information, including images.
Step 6: CONTENT INTEGRATION & HANDOFF
  • We integrate all the customer’s content to the agreed pages and sections of the website.

    • etc.
  • If selected by the customer, on-page SEO is completed for each page.
  • Once integration is complete the website is presented to the customer for final review, both of the front end (what the public see) and of the back end (the admin, CMS area). The customer will be provided with a temporary URL (web address) in order to complete the review.
  • Final changes, if any, can be made at this time (provided they are within the agreed scope of the website design).
  • At this stage, and before the final payment is made, the customer has the option to invoke the money back guarantee.
  • After any agreed changes are made, the customer signs off on the design and makes the final website payment.
  • Once the final website payment is made the money back guarantee expires.
  • The website will be hosted with the hosting service, pre-determined by the customer, and the customer will be provided the normal URL (web address) and log-in details to access the website.
  • NOTE: Non web development work (such as setting up a Facebook page, Branded emails, Training etc.) is payable in advance.
